Sent money to a friend but took a few days and they said they didnt get it yet so i sent the same amount using paypal credit to pull from instead of a bank and they said it flagged their account. they then said after talking to customer support that I needed to send them half the original amount i sent to verify that i am legit. i think its just a way to scam me out of more money. is this a procedure paypal would say to do?
However if the payment is marked as SENT in your paypal account, then it has SUCCESSFULLY completed to the email address / paypal account that you sent it to which would be a current open paypal account.
