I have the "Money is waiting for you" note on my PayPal account. I want to USE this cash to send money to a charity. But I can't figure out how to do it. I do NOT want to use either my bank account OR my attached credit card -- but those are the only choices PayPal gives me. Is there a "work around"?

Since the ‘money is waiting for you’, you may need to ‘accept the money’ first into your PayPal account balance, otherwise, PayPal won’t let you use money in your PayPal account balance and have to pay with bank account or card.
In order to utilize PayPal account balance features, you must first set up PayPal Cash balance account.
