I got an uncollected funds charge for 32 dollars which is more than I have even made on paypal and it really sucks and I don't know what it means or why they took it. Is there a fee for having paypal, I got it so long ago I don't remember, if so how much is this fee? How often does it come out of my bank account and how can I check this information? I have so little money and I just want the 32 dollars back and I have no idea how where I went wrong.
