Unclaimed Funds

My team sent me payment and I still haven't received the funds. They said it was unclaimed. How do I do this?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! 

If the sender shows an unclaimed payment, that usually indicates unconfirmed information on the recipient's account. I recommend checking to see if your email and phone number are confirmed when you have a few moments. If they are already confirmed, you may need to complete verification on your account. If you have any other questions, you can reach customer support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
