Unable to process payments

Hi,
I'm having a problem making paiment with my Paypal account. I keep getting the message :

"We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method."

Your help is appreciated. Thank you.

As you have given 0 information eg transaction type / funding source / currencies / not even what country you are in then sorry can't advise.
