Hi, I have a weird problem for Paypal.
I used Paypal to transact money to my friend, and in the Paypal transaction document, I only paid one,
However, according to the bank transaction, I paid twice and it truly deducted two times from my account.
It is very weird, and I do not know how could I get my money back.
