Since 4th January, none of my transactions are appearing on my Paypal statement or summary. I have sold 5 items on ebay and it says that the customers have paid and I have bought items and the products have been received, so I assume no problem their end receiving money - but nothing is appearing in my Paypal account. Neither am I getting email notifications of receipt of money or the fact I have issued a payment, which I used to do on every transaction.
Anybody had the same or know how I can communicate with PayPal to try and resolve?
