We are developing a site which has Online business with payment made through PayPal. We are using the PayPal Sandbox for development testing. There are few questions regarding the testing and the live account.
1. In the Sandbox testing account, the transaction JSON structure has no Sales Tax/Tax in the response. How can we do sales tax testing in sandbox. Do we need to set up the tax in the Sandbox Business account? If so how to set it for testing purpose?
2. When the PayPal payment goes live how can we set the sales tax. Does PayPal calculate it automatically or the seller has to set it up? Is so what are the steps? The buyers can be in any state around US.
3. When creating a business account how long will it take to activate the account? What are the procedures?
