Shopify payment not being claimed.

I have an online business that I recently opened. I've had a few orders placed that were paid through PayPal. I was able to collect two of the three payments after signing up for a PayPal business account. The third customer I am having a hard time collecting the payment. an email was sent to me to collect the payment but when I click the link, nothing happens and I'm redirected to the home page of my PayPal account. I only have a few days left to collect this payment before it is refunded and I have already giving the product to the customer.
