Hi! So I'm buying something from someone using PayPal goods and services. I think the case is if I confirm the payment they will receive the money straight away and I will be able to still claim my money back if something goes wrong?? Also they live in the UK, as do I, and when I go to send money it says they will receive USD. They said they use multiple currencies and USD to ship at aliexpress, is this okay to go forward with??
