Seems to be a problem with your account

I’ve been using PayPal since 2011 and never had an issue really until the last few days when I try to send funds it says there seems to be a problem with your account. But it doesn’t say what the problem is. Card info, phone and email are all good so what gives? Thanks

I cant make payment .. i shows need to check my account .. but no remark or indication that where is wrong . Please help !

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
