Reversed payment

Hi guys! Really need ur help here. I purchased an order but 1 day later after reading all the horrible reviews I was scared I wouldn't get my money back so I reversed the payment on my bank account. I know, dumb right. I sent the shop I purchased from that I wanted to cancel my order. I never even expected a reply back after reaching out to them before and not getting a reply. So I figured nothings being sent to me and I reversed my payment so it's all good. NO! PayPal have reserved the amount of money on my PayPal account and tell me to pay in that amount before I can use my PayPal account again. What can I do? PLEASE HELP ME
