Hello everyone. I sold something on internet and the buyer is not satisfied with the product. So he open an dispute and have the payment set to on hold. We agreed that I will issue a full refund to him. However I do not have enough balance on the account to cover the refund. But in my country I cannot top up my paypal account using credit card. Is there any way I can resolve this situation?
