Refund takes almost a month

Why when a seller has and is still selling fake goods does my refund take almost a month. Its theft pure and simple. Should this not be an immediate refund? Can anyone shed any light on this please. Its alot of money to me and I need to buy some real items with my money not top up PayPals pooled refund pot with more interest for another month thanks Andy

I’ve been fighting PayPal for over a month. This scam company from Hong Kong keeps saying they sent me my purchase when they haven’t. I need proof. I gave PayPal proof and I still can’t get my money back from this bogus company that PayPal refuses to acknowledge.
