Hi, I have a refund from merchant and it shows the status of completed. The refund is back to my original payment, which is a credit card. For how long can I see the balance comes back?
And one weird thing, I saw yesterday the amount was posted on my credit card account, but today it disappeared and did not posted. That means I haven't got the refund from PayPal to my payment account. Do PayPal hold the fund for how long? Why this could happen even back and forth? Any answer or help?
