Refund for accounts with Paymaya

Hi! I've been reading some posts from the community page but did not get the answer I needed. Paypal is connected to my Paymaya (virtual e-wallet) account and I got a notification that the refund has been completed but I did not received any money in Paymaya and my Paypal balance is still 0

Hello! I got my refund back to my Paymaya account, I think it took 3 weeks before it was credited to Paymaya

This has been resolved 😊 it took 3 weeks before it showed up in my Paymaya Account
