Why there is so big amount differnece between original payment. I placed an order in USD 243. wchich was converted to EUR 210 and charged from my VISA. After 1 week after canceling order I recieved a full refunf 243 USD from seller , bu PayPal send me only 198 EUR. Why it is so HUGE difference?
