I'm sorry to hear that you are not seeing a payment reflected on your account. Did you receive a notification stating that you received a payment? Do you see the payment in your Transaction Log, but it may be pending or on hold?
If you did not receive a notification stating that you received a payment, the payment may not have been sent correctly. If the payment is on hold, or if you did receive a notification but the funds are not reflecting in your account, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website page for available options, or reach out by sending a private message on Facebook or a direct message on Twitter.
