It appears I processed an order twice as it seemed not to be accepted 1st time but on checking activity there are 2 payments pending - is it possible to cancel one via PayPal account. Thank you.
Contact the merchant and make sure they only process one order and capture x1 payment and then the other should time out at 30 days and go back to your funding source.
