Pending Payment issues

Hi , 

I am having a very bad experience with Paypal! I have purchased items from nobullproject.com and the amount is deducted from my Bank account and now it is pending with Paypal. I have contacted the vendor and they have informed me that the purchase is under "abandoned check-out" and their system is unable to process the payment.

I am trying to contact someone here in Paypal to fix this issue or refund the money back to my account ASAP !
