I am unable to make my ebay mastercard through PayPal. It states unable to process payments at this time.Contact PayPal for assistance. I called mastercard and they informed me there website is working fine.Call PayPal they said use a different browser. I did same thing.any help would be great. Also tried on my phone same thing
