I recently made a payment to someone, and I typed a message in Spanish to the recipient. Paypal incorrectly grabbed a name from the message and is asking for the date of birth for a random Spanish phrase. I sent a picture of my state ID which matches my real name and address which I have on file for my account. This was rejected because they want the date of birth for this nonexistent person. What am I supposed to do then?
