Dear All,
The Paypal Express process on mobile allows the customer to go directly to the credit card payments (after providing email) with the option to sign up if he doesn't have yet a Paypal account. On desktop the same process requires to log in or to click on "create an account", it's not the same experience from a customer point of view. Why is it like that ? Is there any way to harmonize both experiences ? Txs

Lol, there is no one on this forum ? Paypal Staff somewhere ? "We currently have limited customer service staffing due to Covid" ! Why ? I thought people were working from home, what difference it makes in term of resources ?
