Payment cancelled

Hello guys, So yesterday i tried to purchase assasins creed origins through epic with paypal, and at the end of purchase it got cancelled and i didnt get game, but i got message on my phone that money has been taken. After that i got this message on my paypal. Can anyone help? <removed>

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
