I’ve linked my account successfully as payment method in my iOS settings, but whenever I try to buy something, it says the Paypal payment method is unverified I’ve checked address and contact info and everything matches, there is also a positive balance on my Paypal account and it’s linked to my bank account. I have contacted Apple support and they claim it’s Paypal’s fault.
