Hello, one of my customers from Canada is unable to checkout on my Shopify store because PayPal is giving them a message that says my business only ships to the United States. This is not true, so I'm not sure why this is happening. This customer has purchased from my store 2 times before with no issues. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks in advance!
