I've been trying for over a couple hours to connect to PayPal app from my Android phone from eBay checkout to purchase a few items. Nothing goes through, just keeps showing the busy sign, round and round it goes. Frustrating! I thought perhaps PayPal was down for maintenance or something but that isn't the case.
Perhaps it's just a bug? It's never happened before.
