I purchased using pay in 3 but 2 payments have gone out my bank in 2 days

Have the same exact problem but yet no replies, I’ve even contacted my bank but they couldn’t give me a refund either

Has the second payment been deducted off your amount owing as on my PayPal it’s only showing 1 payment made and still stating the second payment will go out when it’s due.
