Pay after delivery and refunds

I bought 2 items from Target, using pay after delivery (due on 13 June). One of the items turned up at the shop (click and collect), then I received an email saying the 2nd item had been cancelled because of unavailable stock. I've now received a refund for $35 of that item which states "refund to paypal balance", but my balance hasn't increased and I'm wondering if I will still get charged the full $70 on 13 June.

Any help appreciated!

@LisaBX,

We appreciate you reaching out to the community!  If you received a partial refund associated with a Pay After Delivery transaction, the amount of the refund should automatically be subtracted from the total amount of the original transaction once the payment is completed.  As you've stated that the original amount was $70 and you've since received a $35 refund, the total amount that will be charged later on should be $35.
