I am trying to find out how to get Paypal to cancel 2 pending payments or at least refund them after they clear tomorrow. Once is not authorized and the other is a double billing on the 19th that was already charged to my bank on the 13th. This mistake will cause an overdraft in my bank account if they dont fix it. Can anyone advise???
