Need help with Transferring money from Fiverr to PayPal

I have tried with-drawing my money from Fiverr to Paypal. I completed the verification steps in Fiverr and everything was fine. Once the process was completed, in Fiverr, it was showing "Withdrawal in Progress". So I checked my mail and I got a mail from Paypal which shows the amount of money and "Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre. Please provide the missing information by 26 August 2021, or the funds will be returned to the sender. " So I have tried logging in and went to resolution center and found nothing. So where will I be providing missing information?
