NEED REFUND

Hi good afternoon. How come the transaction is being completed when it's not in my Bank account. My I have contacted my bank account and they say it's close. But where is my money.

As per my bank they are already rejected my transaction. I really need my money for my hospital bill. Hope you will give my refund as soon as possible to imediately transfer to another bank account.

Why would you withdraw funds to a closed bank account?

Completed means paypal have completed your request to 'send' the funds to your chosen bank account, not that it is that account as paypal would have no way of knowing that.

 

If you did then if it declines then it should bounce back to your paypal account balance, allow 14 days and if no sign contact customer services and your bank for a trace.
