Hi. I always buy from a specific merchant and never did I experience this, just now.. I cannot checkout, it always say that "we do not have record of the required payment from Paypal". What should i do? Also, when are the live agents available?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
