Hy! I'm new to paypal, this week I created the account, and verified it within week. Then I asked one of my foreign friend to send me any small amount to check if it's working, I did received the notification but it's says the money on hold it's been 5 days but it's still pending plus the received amount is way too less than what it supposed to be. I asked my friend to send 1 euro and she did, but I received only 54 cent which is way too less judging by the charges they usually apply.
