Missing Mobile Payment in My PayPal DashBoard

Hi, 
We accidentally accepted a mobile payment through our Phone Number, and agreed to have the phone number linked to our main PayPal account when prompted to do so. Unfortunately we don't seem to have the funds on our dashboard. How can I get hold of them? Thanks.
