I used to live in the UK and opened my account there. I have now moved to and reside in France. I recently bought an item on eBay which was not suitable so I returned it. The vendor refunded me via Paypal. He sent me an email saying he had refunded me then I received an email from paypal.fr saying that I have been refunded. The refund however, has not appeared in my account. When I log in to Paypal I am directed to my Paypal.uk account. If I try to log into Paypal.fr I am still directed to the paypal.uk account and the money is still not there. I have tried to contact Paypal by message, email and phone and have yet to receive any form of response! Help!!
