I have a paypal personal account in india. I don't have a business like freelance or anything like that but I do have certain payments from abroad especially from us in usd which I have to recieve once in a while. The value of the transactions would be small like 20 or 30 dollars and it will happen almost twice or thrice a year. Many websites claim that paypal personal account cannot recieve international payments. But I doubt it. Can I recieve international payments like the one explained before without a business account or do I definitely need one? Please solve this query as soon as possible.
