Hello Good day, for over 3'weeks now I have unable to login my Credit or debite card in my PayPal account.. any time I try to do this the respond I get is... Your card has been declined try a different payment method... And I have written the customer care on this but they have still unable to fix this problem for me... And I need back my PayPal account, because I'm expecting some money in.. Please someone should help me while I make use of my PayPal account again... Thanks Everest D.
