we don't receive a billing agreement id (BILLINGAGREEMENTID) when initiating a recurring payment towards our business paypal account with Reference Express Checkout method. It seems that we should enable reference transaction support, but simply didn't find a way to do so. Can anyone help us?
We tried PayPal manager, but our account wasn't eligible for that.
