I made a claim on the september 28, 2020 after I was hacked and money was stolen from my paypal balance and on october 7, 2020 I was emailed saying they are refunding me but I still have not gotten the refund. How long do I have to wait? The hacker sent my money to their card and paypal said they seen that it was fraud and would refund me. However I am still waiting for the money to be back in my balance.
