How do I get PAYPAL MONEY paid out to my SOUTH AFRICAN bank account?

My cousin in America sent me some money via PAYPAL, I don't know how to get the funds now in my PAYPAL account paid out to my SOUTH AFRICAN bank account?

If that isn't possible with FNB, can the money be paid over into one of my credit cards?

Just a bit confused as I have never done this before.
