How can I accept money being not resident of the USA?

Hello. Thank you for seeing my question.

I'm living in Japan. It seems I signed in american account by an accident. To accept money, I need to get through USA citizen confirmation but I'm totally Japanese and I can't do this. How can I accept money then?

Sadly you can't, you need to close that account as its no use to you and open one in the correct country.
