Hoping someone can help .... I use PayPal to receive payments through my website. My shipping options are very specific as being limited to US shipments only. Every once in a while I will receive an order with an international shipping destination (which we aren't doing right now) and I have to refund the payment and eat the fees. I would prefer to not receive these payments. Is there any way to do this? Thanks!
