Was this pre-approved payment something you paid or were paid? Who cancelled the payment? What are you looking to do with the payment going forward?

im playing word bakery ,i tried to cash out 200$ then they said it transfr to paypal acc.with in 5 days later on they cancelled my pre approved paymnt.
