Hello. Someone sent me money but its already 3 days and i didnt recieve the payment. He sent me the screenshot of the payment. Can someone help me? Thankyou.

I am in the opposite situation.  

I send money through my visa card and had to link with paypal but the seller can see the money pending in his account but can not access it.  

I am very confused about it all.
