HELP!!! my payment is declined, I have purchased from the same seller several times before, I have nothing outstanding, I have no open cases, I have no limitations, there’s more than plenty money available, still declined?! why?! there is absolutely NO WAY TO CONTACT PAYPAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get sent to same f****** list and if it answers my question, IT DOESN’T! resolution center nothing outstanding, contact us: back to the list, select something else: back to the list, help: back to the list. no email for paypal, no telephone number, no chat, no possible way to contact anyone! I’ve been at it for 2 hours and NO .. WAY FOR CONTACT or any way to resolve this, g****** unprofessional

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
