Hey there i was sent for some shopping money from my Grandma and i didn't withdraw it and it brought issues and after i reported the situation it send one dollar to an account that i don't know of.. and my account balance is now showing zero instead of the refund i had requested to her account. kindly help and advise its really urgent.
