I have been charged over $400 for Facebook ads I did not create.
It appears my Facebook account has been hacked. A few days before the charges were made, Facebook notified me they were temporarily disabling my account (on 1-1-2021) because I may not be old enough to have an account and they had to investigate. I've had the account for about 15 years and am well over the minimum age requirement.
So, now I am unable to contact Facebook to dispute the charges and disable my PayPal account (as a payment option) and PayPal has accepted and processed the charges.
How do I disable charges from Facebook on PayPal since I cannot access my account?? This is terrible!
