Hi, im new to Paypal and I got estimate payment 70$ and customer says that money will be on balance for like few hours. Its beeng 24 horu ago and i didnt get that money. Someone to help?

No such thing as an estimate payment.
Funds show in your paypal balance (even if pending) pretty much instantly.
DO NOT send anything until you are paid.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
