I sold something on Ebay and right afterwards they asked to cancel and get a refund. I did grant them both.
When the refund went to them it was 30 cents more than than the amount I received???? I know it's only 30 cents, but it was my money.
Is this a common practice?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
